How could I forget to put up my photos of my trip to Kansas City at the end of March?? That was my first solo extended trip in a long time. The plane ride was fantastic, reading, I-Pod, silence, staring out the window and no diaper bag, action figures, goldfish crackers, sippy cups or portable DVD's. I had a great time just hanging out with my bro Keith, sis-in-law Lea and nephews Finn and Silas. The weather was bizarre, rain one day, freezing rain another day, then beautiful white snow. Then on the last day a sunny 70 degrees, weird. Had yummy KC BBQ, burnt ends and cheesy corn, oh yeah. Can't wait to see them again in June!
